Janet McInnes

I’m currently on maternity leave, due to return to teaching in Summer 2020. I’ll open up my schedule for booking sessions from Spring 2020.

I’m a Yoga Co-Creator who works with ever evolving people to practise yoga in a way that honours your body wisdom and avoids the pitfalls of guilt inducing self care perfectionism.

I help changemakers create a personal yoga practice that connects you to your strength, supports your vulnerabilities and helps you stand your ground.

I work in a way that honours you as the expert of you, that honours your story and your coping mechanisms.

We work to uncover your current needs and time capacities, articulate them and practise yoga in a sustainable way that meets those needs. That way you don’t conform to perfectionist ideals (lies) of what a self care practice looks like and you build resilience to ignore the experts who think they know what’s best for you.
