We may store information about you using cookies (files which are sent by us to your computer or other access device) which we can access when you visit our site in future. We may also collect your device’s IP address as part of the basic functioning of this website. We do this to allow the website to function properly and to collect anonymous information about how this website is used, through Google Analytics.

Personal Data Collected when registering as a Leith Yoga client
A certain amount of personal data is collected by Leith Yoga at the time of booking a 1-2-1 session, class or workshop. This is for the purposes of being able to fulfil our work and business commitment to you.
All information gathered by Leith Yoga either on paper or through the online registration process is treated as confidential and will not be shared with a third party. Data that you give us is kept securely online and only viewed by Janet McInnes and other Leith Yoga teachers.

You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information to Leith Yoga, in which case Leith Yoga may not be able to provide certain services to you.
How Leith Yoga uses your Contact Information
When registering for a 1-2-1 session, class or workshop, you will be asked to sign a disclaimer through the online registration system. In doing so you are agreeing to your email and phone number being used by Leith Yoga to inform you of service updates directly relating to the service you have booked.
You may, of course, decline to submit your email and phone number to Leith Yoga, which in some cases may mean that Leith Yoga is not be able to provide certain services to you.
If you do not wish to submit your email, and therefore are unable to contact Leith Yoga, you can visit Leith Yoga in person at 1-7 Montrose Terrace, Edinburgh EH7 5DJ.
Leith Yoga Mailing List
Direct marketing emails informing you of new, future or alternative services provided by Leith Yoga are sent through a secure permission-based email system called MailChimp (see their Privacy Policy at www.mailchimp.com). When you sign up to Leith Yoga TeamUp system and/or purchase a service from Leith Yoga, you choose whether to receive our email newsletter, and you will be invited by email to join the Leith Yoga MailChimp email list. You have the ability to Opt-In at this point, and subsequently subscription preferences may be changed by you at any time.
You may also join the Leith Yoga Mailchimp list at any time using the online sign-up form.
Phone Numbers
Leith Yoga may, from time to time, use your phone number to contact you about urgent changes to a planned class. If you do not wish to be contacted in this way, please inform Leith Yoga at the time of booking your class, private session or workshop.

Please remember that when you use a link to go from Leith Yoga to another website, our Privacy Notice is no longer in effect. Leith Yoga may update its Privacy Notice from time to time, and so you should review this Notice periodically. When we change the notice in a material way, we will update the ‘last modified’ date at the top of this Privacy Notice. Changes to this Privacy Notice are effective when they are posted on this page.
